    When I received these shorts, there were no tags on them and the description does say NWT, which normally indicates new with tags. However, I can say that they are in new condition and I am very happy with my purchase. They were packaged beautifully and arrived on time from the seller. I also like that the seller is charging under five dollars for shipping, which is refreshing most sellers are charging over eight dollars for shipping which I feel is a rip off. Thanks seller!
