The unit was clean ( Like new in original box) but missing the 24 pin cable. Seller was prompt to try and make it right but shipped the wrong cable. I think the seller or someone working for them made a honest mistake. I would definitely buy from them again with no hesitation. Unfortunately I had to return the item but again I believe they made an honest mistake.
