The outer package was torn a bit, but the seller cushioned the doll and her original box well so there was no damage to the doll. The doll is just as described and pictured. The Fashion Avenue Box was wrapped in plenty of foam packaging material, along with a cardboard insert, and a copy of the transaction, upon which was written "Thank you!" The outfit is exactly as photographed and described: new. Even the F/A container is in excellent condition, which often isn't the case. Also, the shipping was free, which is always appreciated.
