After emailing the seller, the issue with being able to return the item was resolved. The seller was positive and professional. Received the item promptly. Item was nicely packaged was as described. The seller wrapped and double wrapped the product. The only issue was the very old, original cover was brittle and cracked during shipping. Not an issue to me. The only way to have avoided this damage would have been to remove the heavy part (cutting head) from the package and wrap it separately.
