    Definately the most difficult seller I've ever dealt with. Rose arrived after 5 days in transit but not in the best condition. Still tried to make it work by planting it even though my doubts were pretty high. Would not buy from again. Not because of the rose but because of the condescending & argumentative attitude in emails. No offer to make things right so I am filing a claim with eBay in hopes they will make it right. It hurts to be out $48 on a rose that shouldve come in better shape.

However, if requested I shall message you on eBay the procedure I follow. Success in growing is very subjective, depending on many factors beyond my control and I don't take responsibility of any failures. No returns accepted please." In spite of stating,I did try to help you but you didn't pay heed to advise
