Unfortunately the stamps were received from Royal Mail in a sincerely apologies plastic bag being torn and very badly damaged in transit. Upon my contacting him, the response from the seller was immediate and apologetic and he refunded me the cost without question. I cannot thank the seller enough for the speed and courtesy with which this matter was dealt with.
