Claimed it was 'lost at his local post office'—underinsured it for £150 instead of £750. eBay refunded me for service, but seller refuses to pass on ANY Royal Mail compensation. Even claims they don’t have to return the radio if they cancel the service, they can keep it - their policy. See photo attached. Do not use if you want your radio back—they may just keep or resell it. - as said by seller 'they don't need permission from anybody'

I contacted them before I purchased their repair service and had a response in less than an hour even though I messaged them out of working hours. I sent my radio to them on Wednesday morning then on Thursday I had an email informing me they have looked at it and confirmed the issue and will notify my once it is repaired. Email Friday morning and it arrived Friday afternoon. Back in the car Friday night working perfectly.
