The seller was quick to respond and compensation was offered as the bracelet had marks on it which were not listed in the photos. Took over ten days until the seller listed the item as shipped.     The impact driver was sent out 1 week after ordering. It arrived in Germany within 4 days of shipment, which I think is really good! Item was safely packed. Customs from Japan are not much, but tax and FedEx (15€) were quite expensive. Next time I'll know better what to expect
