    Works but must be used carefully.

    This unit has a Sensitivity thumbwheel that feels very loose. I think that the unit was damaged in shipping since the micro-DVD instructions had a large crack in it and is unusable. The transmitter/polarity checker is okay and is stored in the bottom of the receiver - nice option! When testing it on a known circuit the receiver seemed overly sensitive and lit over the adjacent breakers. Only by dialing down the wheel carefully would you trust that you had located the correct breaker. This is similar to my defective "Sperry" unit and takes practice. Once detected the only way to confirm you have the correct breaker is to switch it off and stop the transmitter; then the sound and light will be extinguished. For the cost it will serve my purposes.
