They are completely dry and crispy and look dead. Being a Master Gardener I know that the life of each has been stored in each rhizome and they are, in fact, viable. Not what I was hoping for but they will grow as I see viable eyes on each. Seller shows healthy growing Iris and does not explain that buyer will receive older, plants probably dug last season. Healthy though.
