- k***t (431)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI was hoping to get several of these, BUT the ad is misleading, it says "fully-loaded" and shows a chair with the forward tilt option but the chair I received does NOT have the forward tilt option and therefore is NOT "fully-loaded". The left hand paddle has 2 switches with forward tilt, not just one like the one I received. Still give 3 stars because it's very clean and like new condition, it arrived quickly and packed well. Sadly I'll keep looking for the truly fully-loaded ones for the rest.

The chair was extremely well packed and arrived in four pieces - the swivel base, the casters, the post and the seat itself. Assembly was a breeze, with the most difficult part being installing the casters - not a huge deal. The seller included installation instructions.
