This doll was advertised as new and inspected before shipping - though not produced in over 10 years. The doll had extensive staining and a large stress chip on the ankle (to name a few issues) that looking for violates the return policy. I asked for a partial refund to the actual value of the doll and was told I can only get $50 if I give back the COA, further reducing the value. All my products are new and come in their original boxes with their Certificates.
