      A beautiful escapement, perfectly packed and in good working order. Sadly, although the platform was exactly as described and fitted well, the escapement cog below the platform didn't make contact with the cog in my clock - a small gap. I returned the escapement and received a full refund (less postage costs, as expected) within a day or two. Excellent product and service!
