    The questions asked were promptly answered, but a better approach would be if the issues with the item were described, rather than putting in minimal information and waiting for the purchaser to ask if a problem exists. My purchase smells quite musty, which is not a problem but should have listed in the description. Also, a page is cut, which was visible in a photo but not described. I had to ask if it was cut. It was like buying a used car. Caveat emptor = buyer beware. Ask a lot of questions.
