    This person just blatantly never sent my items. I paid immediately and when she discovered that the postage higher than what she quoted me she asked if I wanted a refund. I said I still wanted the horses but would compromise for the ones that I only wanted out of the group, 3 adults & 1 baby. They should've been able to ship for the quoted and paid for amount. Then she says her niece must've taken one of the horses as it was not there so I told her to refund me. No refund was issued.
