      The product arrived and is working, but the packaging was so poor that the bottom of the box came apart causing delays with USPS and the package being delivered opened and scattered in pieces. Please protect expensive purchases with better packaging.

      The package was in an original cardboard WOLF heavy duty box that originally was shipped in. Plus extra packing materials and the outer wolf box. The original box was in excellent shape and well sealed when I dropped it off at the post office. I'm sorry that it arrived in such poor condition, please understand that it was not delivered to USPS like that.
