      I am giving the seller here 5 stars even though the merchandise was not in the advertised condition. I wrote a rude message complaining about that and the seller was great -- apologized, didn't scold me for being a stupid rude person, explained what had happened, and gave me a full refund including shipping without even asking that I return the bad merchandise.
