    Perfect Replacement

    I needed a replacement for my older Hayward pool pump filter basket. The part I ordered was a perfect match for my pump (it may have even been a Hayward part). Price was very reasonable and it got me up and running again quickly and easily.

    basket not as shown on the web site

    The one I received is blue and not a white as shown. When I called them they stated that in the fine print, you know, ignore the picture, they can send whatever. With the dark blue and the Hayward black holder you cannot tell if something is in the basket. So now we have to stop the pump system and remove the lid for an inspection. Also it does not have the side rings as shown in the picture. This has a plastic handle across it which is in the way to remove any debris that it has in it.

    strong well built pump basket and if you think they are all the same you are wrong. Inferior baskets can jam, presenting difficulty in removing or crack when they become fouled.
