      CSR 4.0 BT Dongle

      This dongle has so far served me well, the only issue I had was with the software (I think it is a compatibility issue with Windows 10) which is no big deal. The software is optional, so in my case after installing the BT software and drivers from the disc, I un-installed the software and just used Windows 10's integrated BT. So far no issues at all using my ps4 controller and phone with this handy little dongle.

      Maybe I am the only one affected?

      Had hopes for this little guy, but I am having several different issues with it, the main one being after each time I turn off or restart my desktop computer I have to remove the device from the pair devices and re scan for it just to use it. To make things worse, many times this requires a reboot for the Dongle to be found and paired. I am using windows7 and trying to use a Bluetooth stereo with this CSR 4.0 but nothing but problems on my end. Hope it works better for you.

      Disappointment, low quality but it works

      Installation CD setup is in chinese. You have no idea what you are agreeing to or clicking on. I managed to get the driver installed but many of you would probably have a big problem since it is in chinese. The bluetooth connection works but there is lots of static. I guess we get what we pay for. Sound will not work on your bluetooth headset IF YOU HAVE YOUR DESKTOP SPEAKERS HOOKED UP AND WORKING. DEFAULT SOUND DEVICE FOR WINDOWS IS DESKTOP SPEAKERS. TURN OFF YOU SPEAKERS AND YOUR HEADSET WILL START PIPING SOUND TO YOUR HEAD. I will be looking for a high quality bluetooth adapter if it exists.
