    Great for moderate support

    While I would not wear these for heavy bench press sessions (I rely on my EliteFTS Kraits which provide better casting), they are perfect for general/moderate support while doing assistance exercises such as flys, barbel curls, as well as squats.

    They're a high quality wrist wrap but nowhere near stiff enough for me. Loop placement is awkward (big difference per hand) resulting in individual wrap per wrist. I have average sized joints and to be frank, I should have ordered slightly longer.

    I got these because I developed tennis elbow from weightlifting and these have helped me recover and prevented me from getting it again this far. Highly recommend. I avoided getting them for years because I thought only Meatheads on roids need them.... I was wrong.
