    Item that arrived was missing parts and packed incorrectly from the manufacture. I understand that mistakes like this can happen. However, my negative review is solely based on the way seller handled it. Poor responses. Terrible quality of customer service. "Sorry it was mis-manufactured, please open a return on eBay. (we pay for the shipping) Have a great day..." Personally feel like more could have been done to rectify this better. Like shipping out a new one while I shipped the old one back.

    Great Product but leaking bottles

    I've used the kit before and definitely recommend RS test kits. However, the Red Sea packaging is poor. As a 35+ year QA specialist I can attest that the bottles closure system is poor and can not withstand the rigors of shipping without leaking. I strongly recommend the product, but not if you need to have it shipped to you. In fact, before leaving a brick and mortar store ask to open the package to see if the bottle contents have leaked. Both this and RS's Iodine test kit leaked badly contaminating all the contents. The product is a 9 out of 10, unfortunately the packaging is only a 2 out of 10. The vendor due to their prompt and willing refund, and their professionalism, rates a 10 out of 10.

    Nitrate Phosphate Kit

    Great kit, very accurate, however tests take 10-15 minutes each to complete and can only be done one at a time. A little time consuming when you are doing maintenance testing. Otherwise the kit works well.
