I would suggest getting a trial size before you buy full size. I have long hair, fine but a lot of it. I used the suggested amount. May not have been enough for the amount of hair that I have but with that being said, it weighed heavy on it after a fresh shampoo. I like to go a day or two before I shampoo again. Natural oil is good for hair. With this product I was unable to do that.
