      Didn't work.

      Not sure if anyone else had this problem or not. I got the bulb and put it in my Mitsubishi television. Flashed all kinds of colors and shut off. I called Mitsubishi and they said these "generic" brands are less powerful than the original part. Cost for the good part: $118.00. Makes sense, the price difference and all. I ordered the part from mitsubishi....works like a champ.

      worked like it was supposed to

      it was so easy that my 14 year old son installed it. he had issues with the screws but eventually worked it out. it took less than 10 minutes to install and it played upon turning the tv on.
