    The filter does not last as long as brand new ones. It does the job, and does it very well, just not for as long. You might "save" money buying from here compared to buying direct from the manufacturer, but when you measure the cost by how much product usage you get, the real cost is about the same.     I will rate your shipping a 9.5 the shipper it went the extra mile and UPS the packaging has to be a 10 because you use bubble wrap and paper wrap.
