THe July 4th holiday is an expected extension, so the total 12 calendar days is well within what USPS promises. If priority mail was expected, I would've been happy to oblige, with an upcharge. She charges full price, for each set of two plugs, yet sends them to you in one envelope. Then she charges five dollars to you for the return.
