What you will find is an amazingly aromatic sweet smoke scent that ads richness to many recipes. Excellent incrediant in a dry rum as well. Caution! VERY strong flavor, can overpower a recipe.

I saw these paprikas on a travel show that featured them and the region of Spain where they are made. The quantities are great too ... it will take me a long time to use it all.
