Even though they are "New" in the packaging, 2 years is now gone off of the 12 years glow-life expectancy. Seems the only way to obtain that date coding is from a one letter code stamped on the bottom of the rear sight, which is conveniently hidden from view when packaged, and, not available on the packaging itself.
