Shipping was very fast, when I received the package there was a very nice note inside explaining that the figurine I ordered couldn't be found in the warehouse, so the seller sent me two figurines instead as a partial refund and offered to give me a full refund if I was not happy. I was very happy and told the seller I did not need a refund, but when I mentioned one of the figures suffered a bit of damage during shipping they gave me a full refund instead. A++++ seller!!!
