I was expecting them between 12/08 & 12/11, and really surprise when the doorbell rang they were here. Both batteries checked above 12 volt pryor to installation. After installation the software indicated full charge, over 24v., and the "UPS is working normally". Again, thanks for the quick delivery as I hate having my computer off the UPS. As far as longevity, only time will tell, and look to be a good quality battery.
