Seller stated that item is as per listing advising that their would be no visible chips, scrapes or dents once the unit was assembled as they were all to the rear of the unit. This is not the case as most of the damage is on the front of the panels and would be fully on show. Seller advised to return at my own expenses which would Cost a fortune due to weight! Avoid!

One of the spin locks was missing, but upon contacting the seller, they have sent out the replacement immediately. I mean it: they have provided tracking details in about an hour, and the missing piece arrived in a few days. Great communication and exemplary customer service throughout the process. I got in touch with the seller and they responded pretty much immediately and were super apologetic, friendly and helpful. They sent out a whole new exercise bike the same day and this one is fantastic. Great value for money and a great service. Couldn't ask for more. Very trustworthy seller who i would recommend highly.
