    Packed well, good price. I was apprehensive about purchasing this rod because of the split grip but only fishing it will tell me if I'll like it. I did notice the line weight has increased 10# on the low end and the lure wt has increased 1 oz on the low end I rarely use a sinker of 2 oz (usually 1/2 to 1 1/4 oz) so this rod will be over kill for my fishing styles but I'll give it a chance. Do you mfg a medium rod like this? I'll contact you with my thoughts later

    Good pole for the money

    Excellent poles just got my 2nd one today good back bone and sensitive tip just what I like.they will handle big fish caught 30 pound blue 3rd time I used the pole and handled it with no problem

    For catfish

    This is an ok catfish rod. Maybe a touch to soft but seems quite strong. It will pull a 5 to 10lb fish in pretty easily. Guides seem real cheap and thin but still decent enough. It's a two piece which I overlooked but not a big deal. For the money it's pretty good.
