Techies told the button can be held for 35 sec. to reset unit, but this failed me. I say get two and designate unit for specify brand, because it may not work in combo. It works with Sony WH-CH520, at any rate, and I'm glad to have access. Returning unit USPS is $5.85.

Auto-negotiates connection. Be sure your receiver (speakers, etc. are on and other potential receivers are off, or you may start broadcasting to your earbuds or your neighbor's speakers!) I recommend it as a good value. Note: With newer bluetooth: Turn transmit volume up and receiver (speaker) volume down to prevent power-save dropouts on quiet passages. Was not a problem for me.

I had concerns about delivery based on the seller’s feedback and negative feedback left by other buyers but the seller was in communication with me. My only issue was that when I received notification that the item had been shipped I was given a fake usps tracking number that didn’t exist with usps and the seller told me that items that small don’t receive tracking but they didn’t explain why I was given a usps fake tracking number to begin with.
