My husband and I have both been taking this formulation for a week. During this time, we both have noticeable positive changes for the better: general health and sleep have improved, energy has been added. My blood pressure decreased a little and I had to reduce the dose of the beta-blocking medicine. A side effect of this formula for both of us is increased appetite. We both take 2 capsules a day.
