Thought that that they may have been out-of-town/dealing with emergency for the first order — they did not answer any request for updates. Filed a claim, they provided a tracking # — never actually shipped. Filed another claim and was refunded by eBay. When item was relisted, gave it another chance. Over a week, no shipping info, no replies. They are scamming buyer $, then forcing eBay Buyer protection to refund. STAY AWAY!

    Great but rcpensive

    Nice but again expensive. Not sure if there are different sizes of paper towel but it is larger than necessary for standard size towels. Not a problem but could be smaller so the towel do not move when pulling.
