I used to try to wear two layered briefs, but stopped when I saw that it was not effective in stopping leaks. The thing that keeps leaks from happening is that there are inner barriers in the leg openings. I read somewhere that it is good to gently stretch the underwear from front to back and make sure the inner barriers are up evenly. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I Do Consume A Lot Of Liquid Prior To Going To Bed At Night. This Is The Only Product That Does The Job Well. The Legs Have a Nice Tight Elastic Type Band That Really Works Great In Stopping An Unwanted Mess. Finally I Found A Product That Works And Is Fairly Priced!.
