No response to email after 2 weeks. I guess the 13 days were needed to STUFF an large Zegna suit into a 9x11 mail envelope! Not folded, just crammed in and the envelope adhesive stuck to a long strip of silk fabric. What a WASTE!! Seller wants to sell luxury clothes, not fit to set up a table selling used wool socks at a truck stop in the mid-west. I did have to sit down with alcohol on a swab and remove a strip of adhesive left by the envelope self-adhesive that was stuck to the jacket, but trefeo 600 is a super-fabric and it came off. I steamed the suit (3 times) and eventually got wrinkles all out. Both top and bottoms were charcoal but material pattern wasn’t the same. Not 2 hours after paying requested a cancellation. Waited 2 days for seller to respond. Rejected. Seller refused to cancel. Yet 10 days later still hasn’t shipped and still hasn’t responded to any of my messages. So now I need to have eBay step in.
