They were extremely well packaged, double boxed with foam ! Drives are in excellent shape with only 24 hr reported up time and power on 2 times (Using CrystalDiskInfo)! and as advertised. I was able to set them to 4kn format using Seagate's SeaChest. And now they are in my Synology NAS working great. Very happy with purchase and the company, will do business with them in the future !

Not a big deal, but as I was ordering a new drive, I was hit with $46 duty, which would’t have happened for a replacement.
