Installer had issues with every Collet but was able to remove the Collets and install the new control arms. Car drives like a dream. Even took car to have the alignment done only to find that only the right side had a minor adjustment needed. Now, lets see if they hold up. Audi wanted $5K (parts only) to replace the control arms. These were $160. Only 3 companies make these. Told any will work

Requested a replacement and they said they were out of them, and then told us they would refund $40, informed them that is not enough to buy a replacement, they offered us $45, that is still not enough to get a replacement anywhere. Our local ones are more than $130, and even ebay ones are more than $60.
