I have no complaints about packing, shipping, but I think the cold weather killed the plant. I've grown date palms from seed before and The first shoots are single, ribbed shoots. When they die, the ribs close up and your left with a green spike When the seedling arrived, it was not looking great, and now I have the dreaded closed up green spike. I should have ordered the seeds
