    Simple and effective

    Nothing fancy - just the thing you expect out of Plantronics. The bummer is that the microphone does need to be close to your mouth or else the other party has a hard time hearing you.

    it took a couple weeks to figure out that it was this new headset causing an echo not on my side but on the other caller's side. SO weird. everything they said was repeated to them and not me. after repeated call of the other side thinking they had a bad connection my coworker called me from my phone and it happened to me. I thought it was our phone system and then i removed the headset and it was gone. I ma bummed and out some $50 :(

    Freedom to roam

    I originally had one of these headsets for a NUMBER of years and had to replace the battery then the hands-free over ear piece cracked so I had to replace it. New one just as great. Never want to work without it!

    Plantonics CS55 DECT 60 Noise Canceling Wireless Headset only works occasionally. Once I hear the beeping the call will auto cut off.

    This should be replaced.
