Unfortunately for me, I didn’t read the other reviews, because like the others, I was sent a bumper cover that was folded over the knee and stuffed into an improper box. Angela in CS was no help. She said they’d refer my problem to their warehouse, and after 4 days of waiting, nothing has been resolved. I would’ve been satisfied if they reimbursed me, or replaced the damaged item, but no such luck

I’m sure for pros they know to just use a heat gun and the bumper will bounce back, but I am no pro. I sent a message to the seller and Angela responded quickly. She explained that the bumpers are folded to save buyers from more expensive shipping costs and to heat it up. On top of that they offered a $20 refund for the inconvenience.
