I do wish there had been some way to have gotten the blue feet to match the broken ones though. I don't remember seeing that choice when I ordered.

We haven't used the fan much since the new feet were put on it but the replacement feet look sturdy and I have no reason to believe they won't last at least as long as the originals, if not longer. I bought 8 of the replacement feet so I should be fixed for quite a while. The shipping was fast and the items arrived undamaged. AAAA++++ seller!

I messaged the seller upon opening the package and sent pictures describing the damage. I shared this with the seller for information purposes since the damage happened during shipping in case seller wanted to change packaging to avoid this from happening to other buyers. Seller was quick to respond and even mailed replacements the next day. Excellent customer service. The seller was very understanding and was quick to respond to all my messages. They refunded me quickly when I explained what happened and provided images. Good seller, would recommend.
