The other bulbs were out then failed completely. I had to pay the shop for the install. They checked the wiring and as far as wiring everything was good. I sent a pic of them not working but this did not satisfy the seller. I was not about to cut up the wiring and pay for removal from the auto shop until i had a replacement. We suggest you directly connect lights to 12V power supply for test, but you cannot remove lights from car.So we let you help cut the wires of lights, which can prove lights is completely unusable.And then we will refund you.But you refuse.Need us refund first.if two lights not work, cut wires of both lights will have no impact on car.You can cut the wires with scissors by yourself.

I was notified via email that my Visor had been delivered. The next day the seller let me know he sent me the wrong item. He let me know that it would be about 2 weeks until he could get a Sun Visor to send me. A few days later he notified me that he was unsure when a Sun Visor would be available to send me.
