There was nothing else with the remote when I opened it. So, I grabbed my computer to look for instructions and for the heck of it, pointed the remote at my TV and pushed power. IT TURNED ON. I didn’t have to program it at all. I’m delighted. Plus, it is easy to see and the buttons are big enough for my older spouse.
