The feedback is based on the Shipping Cost, Sellers policy "3 business day" & communication. Something everyone should consider prior to shopping here. Especially if planning on gifting item. I shopped here for a reason. I was expecting the item within 2-3 days not several days later. Maybe Walmart & Amazon had us spoiled with rapid delivery.
