It’s also my mistake for not telling them to please package it better than normal. Over all I would buy from them again if they have the last one in the series I want to collect.

The seller disagreed with this assessment. However, when I mentioned this the seller immediately offered me a refund so I can't complain. Also, the item arrived very quickly. Not a bad experience, these things happen and I am probably a bit more fastidious than most people.
