All accessories and the unit itself arrived in perfect shape. I put a short flag on the small plug that seals the unit's body from water when not charging the flosser. It is small and would be easy to lose it. It does come with one spare plug though. The "NORMAL" setting works best for me. I'll use this flosser during my travels. It arrived quickly and before the estimated time.
