Way more capacity than the discontinued line (up to 1T!) and lighter too.One warning, not the device's fault but iTunes' - your library may have quite a few "lost" songs (files) that cannot be found by iTunes even though they're perdectly playable in your old iPod's playlists. These must first be located on your PC and reported to iTunes before synching. (Have fun with that!).Apple shot itself in the foot when they ditched the Classic - so get these new ones from China!
