Quick, easy, painless and they fixed the board so my friend's MBA is back to operating. What more could you ask for. I damaged a cable disassembling the MBA and sent Brickfence a picture asking them to identify what I needed to older to replace the cable. Within hours I had a message that even had a link to the ebay sellers... They went above and beyond. GREAT service!
