This is a very high quality chair at an excellent price point. For those wondering, this is exactly as advertised, maybe better. As for the chair itself, this is really a perfect desk chair. It provides support in a way other chairs just don’t. An Aeron chair is worth it and with the discount treat yourself to a comfortable, pain free work experience.

I am however returning the chair as the back of my legs begin to hurt and I can't sit in the chair longer than an hour before numbness sets in, this is not Madison Seating fault.

Madison Seating did a great job packaging and protecting it so I don't blame them at all. I think FedEx handled it poorly. They were quick to respond and address my issue and when I decided to process a return they processed it within 10 minutes. The chair was in good quality otherwise, condition was as described, it's a great value, and the appearance was very good. Great seller overall.
